Location

WHERE

Personal training sessions can take place almost anywhere. The most common locations would be your home or a local gym. Private rooms can be hired if required; this is recommended for private training in groups of 2 or more due to space requirements.

Classes are held at venues in Wolverhampton and Heath Hayes. Address details can be found on the Classes page.

Confidence and Injury Prevention

Being the new person in the gym can seem like a daunting experience. Here at Black Dog Fitness we want to make sure that you feel confident in the gym environment. Even if you train at home or at our personal gym, it is important that you feel confident carrying out the exercises prescribed with the correct form. Incorrect form can lead to injury, which is something that we need to prevent. We will ensure that you feel comfortable and confident performing each exercise with correct form before we load up with any additional weight.

Training Options

Not only do we offer regular 1-on-1 personal training, we also provide options for pairs or small groups. Some people find it easier to stick to a plan if they entice a friend, partner or family member to train with them. Discounted rates are available if booking as a pair or group.

Fun

Fun!

Training on your own can be boring, and this can also be the case with the wrong personal trainer. We want to make sure the sessions are as fun and non-repetitive as possible. Our system tailors to your requirements, but also takes into account your preferred coaching style. We aim to find what works best for you and then tailor our sessions to help you achieve the most success.
