Online Training

Online training allows us to connect with people all around the world. All you need is a laptop, tablet or phone! Sessions can be set up using Skype, Facebook, Whatsapp or Zoom, depending on your preference. 

No exercise equipment is required, although we would recommend a Yoga or exercise mat for comfort. You don't need a mansion, however you should have a safe space that allows for some lateral movements, jumping and enough space to lie flat with arms extended forwards.

Prices

The price per sessions depends on the duration of the session. The initial consultation is free, and is used to check that we are compatible and have rapport. We can set out your goals and make sure there are no medical issues which require a GP referral. 

It is recommended that clients book an extended or full session at least every 4 weeks to review their goals. Alternatively, a standard session can be used, however the workout would then be short depending on how long the review process was to take.
