bespoke plans

We can create bespoke training plans to suit your running goals. These can be based on distance or a specific race time goal. Strength and conditioning sessions can also be included if required. 

In order for us to create a customized plan, please use the "contact" button below to get in touch. We will then be able to provide you with a document to fill out where we can gather the required information to create a plan, such as:

  • Your goal
  • Time frame
  • Current fitness level
  • Frequency of sessions
  • If strength and conditioning required

ready made plans

Depending on your goals, you may be able to utilize one of our ready made training plans. These vary from running your first non-stop 5k, to running a sub-5 hour marathon. Ready made plans are a cheaper alternative to a bespoke plan, and can help those who are just starting out or at the intermediate stage with their running.

There are also options to include strength and conditioning workouts alongside your running plan to help reduce the risk of injury and improve running form, if required.
