We offer a range of classes throughout the week. These classes are subject to change. Please refer to the Class Schedule for an up-to-date timetable.
All classes will begin with a short warm up phase, and allow enough time for a suitable cool down. There will also be allotted time after the session for you to speak with the instructor, if required.
No prior exercise knowledge is assumed unless stated otherwise. We advise that you wear non-restrictive clothing and bring a drink and a towel. Any other equipment requirements will be listed for each class below.

Black Dog Bootcamp
A circuit style bootcamp class for beginner and intermediate exercisers. This class utilizes high intensity interval training with exercises at each station lasting between 30 and 60 seconds, followed by a short rest period before moving to the next station. Example exercises include push ups, burpees, air squats and lunges. Exercises can be modified or substituted if required.
We advise that you bring your own fitness or Yoga mat as we cannot guarantee that there will be enough on the day.

Core-tastrophe
A short but intense class focusing on bringing that burning sensation! This is great for those who are targeting their ab muscles and and want to build core strength. Core-tastrophe utilizes high intensity body-weight movements and static holds, with short rest periods.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as long as you are willing to work! As with all of our classes, there will be opportunities to sit out or modify certain exercises or take prolonged rest periods if needed. All we ever ask is that you turn up and try your best!

AeroFit
Hate exercising? Don't have much free time? Then this is the class for you! Get a total body workout, focusing on improving aerobic fitness. This class burns calories and works up a sweat, but keeps the fun!
An active but lighthearted class aimed at the beginner and intermediate exercisers. Classes involve body-weight and aerobic movements. There is also no additional equipment needed, so just bring yourself and give it your all!
